Excessive dead skin on body & face

Excessive dead skin on body

Next to the face, there is a layer of dirt on other parts of the body. This happens in the form of dead skin because they do not receive enough moisturizer. The peeling helps a lot to remove this dirt that has accumulated in different parts of the body. Everyone remembers rubbing their face, that is, exfoliating, but these parts of the body also need extra care to remove dead skin. So know how to remove these organs and dead skin.

Chemical peel

Although it sounds harsh, a chemical peel is the gentlest method of exfoliation. However, be sure to follow all of the manufacturer’s instructions as you can easily overdo it.

powder

Peeling powders like this use fine particles to absorb the oil and remove dead skin. To use it, mix the powder with a little water until it forms a paste that can spread over your face. For more reliable results, use less water to get a thicker paste.

Dry brushing

Hard bristles use soft bristles to remove dead skin cells. Use a small natural bristle brush like this and gently brush wet skin in small circles for up to 30 seconds. You should only use this method on the skin without short cuts or irritation.

Mechanical peeling

Mechanical peeling physically removes dead skin instead of dissolving it. It is less mild than chemical peels and is best for healthy to oily skin. Avoid mechanical peeling on sensitive or dry skin.

Beta hydroxy acids

Beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs) remove dead cells from the depths of the pores, which can reduce rashes. They are a good option for oily and combination skin as well as for skin with acne scars or sunspots.

Enzymes

Enzyme peels contain enzymes, usually fruits, that remove dead skin cells from the face. Unlike AHA or BHA, enzyme peels do not increase cell renewal, which means that they do not expose a new layer of skin. This makes it a particularly good option for people with sensitive skin.

Wipe off

If you’re one of the lucky few with healthy skin, you can exfoliate simply by wiping your face with a washcloth. After washing your face, gently rub a soft washcloth in small circles to remove and dry dead skin cells.
